How Does it Work?

Our QAPI Dashboards are "plug and play", so your team simply enters data into a simple spreadsheet and the dashboard updates automatically. Our team then provides additional clarification, compiles your monthly packet, including your dashboard in powerpoint presentation and drops it to your inbox. Following your meeting, our team will update your PIP tracking form with new PIP's at no additional cost and ship the tracking form back to you for review.

QAPI Training for your team!

Sometimes, the best way to get started is education, so we also offer an interactive QAPI training for your team. During this training, your team will experience and interactive QAPI training in which they will learn about and collaboratively develop SMART goals and a PIP of your choice. The training will include the QAPI regulations, including the new guidance effective in early 2025. Each team member will walk away with a much better understanding of QAPI and their vital role as a member of your QAPI Committee!
